- Full Consumption: Once a service or content provided by Sudikshya has been fully consumed by the customer, it is no longer eligible for a refund. For example, if a customer has completed an online course or accessed all the materials associated with a subscription, the service is considered fully consumed, and no refund will be issued.
- Partial Consumption: Even if the service or content has been only partially consumed, it may still be ineligible for a refund. Partial consumption refers to situations where the customer has accessed or utilized a significant portion of the service or content, such as viewing a large percentage of a course or downloading multiple resources. In such cases, the value of the service has already been realized by the customer, and therefore, a refund will not be provided.

Renewals and Subsequent Subscription Periods:
- Renewal Fees: Refunds are not applicable to automatic or manual renewals of subscriptions. If a customer’s subscription is set to renew automatically, it is their responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue. Once a subscription is renewed, the payment is considered final, and no refund will be offered for the renewal period.
- Subsequent Subscription Periods: Similar to renewals, any fees paid for subsequent subscription periods after the initial term are non-refundable. For example, if a customer originally subscribed for one month and then renewed for an additional month, the fees for that second month are non-refundable, regardless of whether the service was used during that period.
